Included Amenities: Tables, chairs, washroom access, Wi-Fi, and free parking.
Availability:
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (based on studio schedule)
- Sundays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Studio not available during regularly scheduled Atlantika Dance programs)
Non-Profit Organization Rates
Atlantika Dance proudly supports community and charitable initiatives.
Rates for registered non-profit groups are divided into non-revenue and revenue-generating activities.
Proof of non-profit status required at time of booking.
For-Profit / Commercial Rental Rates
For individuals, instructors, or businesses renting the studio for commercial, instructional, or event purposes.
Rental Policies
- Set-up and tear-down time must be included in the rental period.
- Cleaning fee: Included for regular use; $25 added for excessive cleanup.
- Security deposit: $50 refundable deposit required to confirm booking.
- Insurance: Proof of liability insurance may be required for external organizations.
- Waiver: All renters must sign a studio use and liability waiver.
- Cancellations: Require 7 days’ notice for refund eligibility.
