Fitness Program

Taught by highly-skilled and certified teachers, our fitness classes help you build strength, flexibility and control. Classes incorporate the use of mat work, props and barres to help you get the most out of your workout. Ideal for adults looking to increase tone and flexibility, or for dancers looking to supplement their dance training.

Stretch & Strength

This class is rooted in the foundations of Pilates with an added focus on mobility. Feel longer, taller, and stronger as you move with intention and control. Using Pilates principles such as breathwork and deep core connection, we’ll build strength from the inside out while exploring mobility drills designed to improve how your body moves and feels.

Expect a blend of dynamic, static, and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching, along with gentle fascial release work to help unlock your body’s true range of motion. We’ll mobilize all major joints, increase flexibility, and build sustainable core strength—so you leave feeling open, supported, and strong.

Pilates Essential/Intermediate Mat

This dynamic mat class blends the precision of Stott Pilates principles with flowing sequences and targeted prop work to build strength, stability, and body awareness. Designed for essential to intermediate levels, you’ll engage deep core muscles, refine alignment, and move with greater control and intention.

Using breath, resistance, and focused movement, this class helps correct imbalances, enhance mobility, and create lasting strength from the inside out.
