Denise Belzile has classical training in ballet, jazz, tap, modern and various other disciplines. From 2003 to 2007, Denise was a member of the DancEast Young Company. She performed as a corps member and soloist, travelling throughout the Maritimes and across Canada.

In 2005, Denise began teaching. She has taught and choreographed at Acadia University, for dance schools and school division programs in Canada and the United States. In 2010, Ms Belzile attended the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School’s Teacher Training Program. During this three year program, she successfully completed her Advanced 2 Cecchetti Ballet Examination and became an Associate with the Cecchetti Society of Canada. Ms Belzile graduated from the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School Teacher Training Program with special merits.

After graduating, she continued to teach in the RWB’s Recreational Division and became the Recreational Division’s recital coordinator. Denise choreographed pieces for the Manitoba Dance Festival and dance competitions 2010 to 2015. Ms Belzile returned to her hometown of Moncton to continue teaching dancers, gymnasts and figure skaters.
Denise hopes to inspire dancers with her passion for music and dance. She is so proud to be a part of the arts and dance community in New Brunswick.
