With over 10 years of teaching experience, Mallory brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and professional experience to her work with young dancers. With a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary dance, she is dedicated to helping the next generation of dancers develop not only strong technical skills, but also confidence, artistry, musicality, and a genuine love of movement.

Mallory is a graduate of the DancEast Young Company and George Brown Dance, where she graduated with honours. Her training also includes study at the prestigious Ailey School in New York City, where she had the opportunity to further develop her technique and artistic perspective in a diverse and inspiring dance environment. As a professional dancer, Mallory has performed with Ballet Jörgen and Cadence Contemporary Ballet, gaining valuable experience across a range of professional dance settings and styles. These experiences continue to inform her teaching, allowing her to share practical knowledge of performance, rehearsal, discipline, and the demands of a career in dance.
In addition to her dance training, Mallory is a Barre Body-certified Pilates teacher. Her background in Pilates complements her dance teaching by providing a deeper understanding of alignment, strength, mobility, injury prevention, and body awareness. She encourages students to develop a strong connection between technique and physical awareness, helping them move with greater control, confidence, and intention. Above all, Mallory strives to create a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment where every dancer feels encouraged to challenge themselves and discover their own unique potential. She believes that great teaching is about meeting students where they are, celebrating their progress, and inspiring them to continue growing. Through a balance of technical training, creativity, and encouragement, Mallory helps young dancers build the skills, confidence, and passion they need to thrive both in the studio and beyond.
